Doug has built and grown successful companies and leaders over the last 30 years. His leadership in radio started by building a station in Sarasota, FL, from scratch, which went on to have a global listenership and 50,000 local listeners in Southwest Florida. 

He started Developing People Group (DPG) in 2010 and has worked with hundreds of leaders, helping them discover their unique, God-given talents in the marketplace. In 2015, he handed off the reins of DPG to Terri Burnside, currently the Director of Operations. Doug focused on building C12 Groups of Southwest Florida, where he now coaches and leads 70 business owners and executives monthly through focused business forums and one-to-one coaching. 

He's married to his beautiful wife, Kristen, and has four adult children and two amazing daughter-in-laws. He enjoys spending his free time with his new granddaughter, working out, mountain biking, and playing fantasy football and baseball with his boys. He also volunteers at 360 Church, where he serves as an Elder.
