Assess an Individual: REACH Profile
When a participant takes the REACH Profile assessment there are over 15 reports that can be generated. We begin with the Personal Style Profile. It is a detailed overview of an individual's preferred style – Counselor, Coach, Advisor, or Driver. It provides a summary of 10 personality dimensions that impact how a person is most comfortable relating to people and achieving tasks (REACH). Their strengths and coaching points are also addressed.
Assess a Leader: REACH 360
The REACH 360 reveals a leader’s strengths, growth opportunities, and blind spots from the perspective of 8-25 people. The assessment promotes self-awareness by revealing how a person’s preferred style may be perceived by others in the workplace. It is ideally suited for ongoing coaching and development. Includes a 60 minute debrief and action plan to assist the leader in addressing their results for optimal growth.
Assess an Organization: REACH Culture Survey
The REACH Culture survey allows for employees to anonymously answer questions about organizational culture, leader/follower relations, communications, recognition, organizational purpose, outlook, and more. It is the first survey of its kind to integrate both style-based and skill-based elements of organizational engagement into a single platform. Includes a 60 minute debrief and an action plan for improvement

DPG Pulse Survey
If a REACH Culture compares to an in-depth blood panel, a Pulse Survey can be compared to taking vital signs. It is a quick, easy, low-tech way to check on something specific. Where a doctor will triage by checking your heart rate, at DPG we use the Pulse Survey to make a quick check on how the organization is responding to something specific, like the progress of an action plan, change in leadership, new policy, etc.

Reach Culture
A More Productive Workplace Culture Is In Reach.
REACH Culture is the first survey of its kind to integrate both style-based and skill-based elements of organizational engagement into a single platform. The report assesses the engagement of team members and is used to determine the health of the micro-cultures found in every organization (departments), as well as the overall culture. It shares a common language with both the REACH Profile and REACH 360. This integration promotes easier assessment of leadership and culture along with quicker development results.

Without solid leadership your organization will struggle. The REACH 360 anonymously assesses leaders from the varying perspectives of the people who work with them. It gathers feedback from supervisors, direct reports, peers, and others on the leader’s effectiveness in the 16 behaviors of effective leaders. This reveals the leader’s strengths, growth opportunities and blind spots. The 360 Feedback includes an action plan to assist the leader in addressing their results for optimal growth.
