Individual: REACH Profile

The REACH Profile generates over 15 reports, starting with the Personal Style Profile. This highlights an individual’s core style—Counselor, Coach, Advisor, or Driver—and summarizes 10 traits that shape how they relate and achieve. It also outlines key strengths and coaching points.

Leader: REACH 360

The REACH 360 provides feedback from 8–25 peers, revealing a leader’s strengths, blind spots, and growth areas. It builds self-awareness by showing how others perceive their style. Ideal for coaching, it includes a 60-minute debrief and a focused action plan.
