Dr. Waldo's Story
The work of Dr Douglas Waldo is the foundation for the coaching offered to DPG clients through his development of the Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP) assessment which has continued to develop into what is now the REACH Ecosystem.
Dr. Waldo has decades of experience in the psychometric profile arena and also in consulting companies in strategic leadership and organizational development.
He is a consultant, publisher and professor with over two decades of experience in assessing, developing and coaching leaders.
He is a member of the board at OrgDev Institute.
