John helps leaders and teams grow through coaching, people development, digital strategy, and practical tools that support clearer alignment and stronger contribution.
John has a passion for helping others be the best version of themselves. After decades of shaping high school students and developing education leaders, John transitioned to corporate and team leadership development. He has extensive experience working with leadership teams across a variety of sectors.
Outside of education and leadership & team development, John is an expert in digital marketing and strategy with various certifications and over a decade of experience. He is trained to deploy customer & organization journey mapping and is becoming proficient with AI business applications.
John has been married to the love of his life, Heather, for 26 years. He is the proud father of three young adults. He is an avid fisherman and loves all things ocean. John’s first book, Discover Your Divine Design, was published in January 2026.
