Terri is experienced in administration, organizational management, and training through positions she has held in retail management, construction office management, ministry direction in a large church, and providing executive assistance to C12 Business Forums in SW Florida.

In 2011 she joined Doug Poll as his Administrative Assistant. In 2016, with Doug’s move to C12 Business Forums of SW Florida, Terri took the reigns at Developing People Group. Terri is a Certified REACH Practitioner and experienced corporate coach and trainer.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Terri and her husband, Dean, have called Sarasota, Florida home since 1982. They have two married sons and 4 grandchildren.
